Promotion Sunday 2024 Details
On Sunday, June 16 all children in KidzMin and Student Ministry will be moving up to their next grade level (2024-2025 school year). Please take a moment to review how this will affect your child.
KidzMin (Children's Ministry) - Infants thru 5th Grade
Infants/Toddlers/Preschool Children:
Parents of infants, toddlers and preschoolers, we ask that you locate your child's new classroom which will be listed on their KidzMin sticker you receive when checking your child(ren) in for KidzMin. Not all children will be moving from their current classrooms as adjustments in classrooms are based on age, ratios and developmental stages.
Rising Kindergartens/3rd Grade Children:
If your child will begin Kindergarten in the fall of 2024, they will be moving up to the Kindergarten class. All elementary aged students will move up to their next grade level as well. When checking your child(ren) in on Sunday mornings, your child's classroom location will be listed on their sticker. Please also note that this means your child will check-in like usual but then attend the first portion of the worship service with you until dismissed from service. Feel free to walk back with your child to help them adjust to their new schedule.
Here is what to expect both services:
9:00AM - Sunday School
Children will be dismissed from service and will head straight to their classrooms for Sunday School (location listed on their KidzMin sticker).
10:45AM- Large Group & Small Group
Children will be dismissed from service and will head to Hall B for Large Group and then to their Small Group Classroom (location listed on their KidzMin sticker).
45 Ministry (4th and 5th Grade) Students:
If your child(ren) will begin 4th or 5th grade in the fall of 2024, your child will be moving up to the 45 Ministry. 45 Ministry students will still check-in using the KidzMin check-in computers and are asked to wear their nametags. Their classroom locations will be: 9:00AM - Hall C and at 10:45AM - Hall C.

Middle School Ministry Students meet for Sunday School during the 9AM service time in Room 206/207. Students are encouraged to attend the 10:45AM service and/or serve once a month in KidzMin as a helper. Stop by the KidzMin welcome desk to learn more about volunteering!
